This is the ultra rare version with the collectors card and coin! There are some minor flaws.

There is some light scratching/scuffing at the top of the card - Please see and zoom into picture 8. Original price sticker and warning sticker are intact at the top right corner of the card. The bottom corners are a little soft with stress marks - Please see and zoom into pictures 3 and 4. There is a very small amount of bubbling at the top of the bubble - Please see and zoom into pictures 5-8.

Aside from these flaws, there is just some light shelf wear on the card and edges from storage. Please see and zoom into ALL pictures so you know what you will be receiving. I have provided as many pictures as allowed to show as many angles of the item so you can see what you will be receiving. Please zoom in on ALL of the pictures.
