RARE 1964 Japanese release Hasbro 12 G. Joe Action Soldier COMPLETE with original box! Painted head 12 displays well for its age, however there is some paint scuffing on the front of the hair and on the right eyebrow. The body shows some age and play wear, with notable cracks on right knee, right calf, and a crack behind the left knee. Despite the cracks, the figure still holds poses well.

The figure is complete with olive drab shirt and pants. The Made in Japan shirt shows wear, with some minor discoloration and a missing clasp. The female end of the lower button clasp is missing from the shirt.

The matching olive drab pants show some discoloration, this is due to the material of the JAPANESE EXCLUSIVE boots. Issued only with Japanese releases of the early G. Joe toys, these UNIQUE tall brown boots are made of very soft rubber with a "see-through" quality. Boots made of this material are typically found in the accessories and boots of later 1960's Japanese Popy and Bullmark Sofubi figures.

This soft rubber has leached oil over 50+ years and have stained the bloused pants legs. The belt displays well, however does show some oxidization on the buckles.

Joe Dog tag also shows some wear. The elastic band on the helmet has lost its.

Elasticity, and has also lost the clasp to hold it to the helmet. The figure's box displays well, however does show some wear, with veining, and dings near the corners and edges. The interior of the box shows some staining from the soft rubber boots.

The top of the box has a sticker unique to Japan; these stickers would be numbered to denotate which figure was packed in the generic action soldier box. Also included is the Japanese language G.
