Gi Joe vintage Talking Action Soldier with Very Nice Footlocker & Equip, Papers
Gi Joe Talking Action Soldier. He Talks LOUD and CLEAR but I can only get him to say a couple of phrases. Get that Stretcher up here. And, All units commence firing. Sometimes when I pull the string he doesn't say anything.
Maybe someone that knows more about these talkers can get him to say all his phrases. The figure is very tight at the waist and easy to stand/pose. He has a few normal old Joe cracks. His head is very good, brown hair brown eyes. He has Short Black Boots, they are quite thick - I think they might be Action Man?
Uniform is Tagged Hasbro Japan, both pants and top. The Top and Pants are in very good condition. Clean Field Hat, Made in the USA looks like #6. The M1 Rifle has some damage to the trigger area with Hasbro Japan on the stock.Big Backpack Radio is complete and in great shape, the antenna stays up and the handset has the little clip still intact, the radio is stamped Hong Kong. Lots of other equipment in various condition, some excellent some showing play wear - all included as seen. Army Manual, Marine Manual, a couple of Equipment Manuals, etc, all with play wear. Now for the Footlocker, it is in great condition and has not had the Name, Rank, and SN filled in. The Tray has a couple of small cracks, but pretty nice.
Another interesting thing is the inside bottom of the footlocker is different than most footlockers as it is smooth and painted, and the underside is painted kind of dark green instead of being the natural color that you usually see.
