Both are the swivel-arm version. The figures are in really nice condition with nice tight joints and hardly any paint wear, they look like they were only displayed by an adult collector, but the Cobra Officer has some discoloration (the body has some parts that are lighter or darker shades of blue than others). The elbows are not cracked.

They come with the original weapons, as shown in the picture.
