Dragon Models 1/6 U. S. Army Airborne Division soldier military figure x2
Army Airborne Division soldier military figure x2. Two Easy Custom figures made mainly from Dragon Models' body and other companies' parts are on display. The two figures are based on the assumption that they are members of the 101st Airborne Division Screaming Eagle and the 82nd Airborne Division All-American, which were deployed in a hurry to secure Bastogne, which was considered a strategic point during the Battle of the Bulge. The last winter offensive of the German Army, "Operation Defence of the Rhine" (also known as the Battle of the Bulge), which began in December 1944 in the Ardennes Highlands of Belgium, which was then occupied and annexed by Germany, was fought in extremely cold conditions through January of the following year. Both figures are wearing M1939 melton overcoats with collars and M1944 mountaineering shoe packs and other cold-weather gear for the winter season in eastern Belgium.

The figure on the left is a corporal attached to the 101st Airborne Division and built as a BAR gunner. " The "Browning Automatic Rifle" abbreviation "BAR" is pronounced "B-A-R and refers to the Browning M1918A2 automatic rifle (the carrying handle on top of the barrel is a small removable part, so be careful not to lose it). M1936 The club insignia identifies him as belonging to the 327th Glider Infantry Regiment. The white horizontal bar below the club??

(at 6 o'clock) indicates the 2nd Battalion: HQ at 12 o'clock, 1st Battalion at 3 o'clock, and 3rd Battalion at 9 o'clock. On the right is a private of the 82nd Airborne Division with an M1 Garland semi-automatic rifle, M1923 cartridge belt, M1910 canteen, M1942 First Aid pouch, M1941 shovel and cover, and M1936 suspenders with a pineapple Mk2 grenades are mounted on each side.

It is also equipped with a vandalia for spare bullet clips for the M1 Garland from the left shoulder. The figure is so fully equipped that nothing more needs to be added. We look forward to working with any interested U.
