1970's Vintage Mego POTA Soldier Ape with Lizard Skin Suit Sealed MOC Mint on Card

This is a vintage 1970's Mego action figure still sealed on the original card. This is the glossy Lizard Skin variation of the Soldier Ape uniform.

There is slight separation between the bubble and card at the bottom of the packaging, but the bubble is sealed most of the way around. It is hard to tell if the area where the bubble is not attached was designed to be unattached. I almost think that is the way the bubble was designed. There is some light water staining to the card itself which can be seen in the photos.
